What was the highlight of EcoLofts Croacia 1028

Modern and clean nicely designed boutique apartment hotel.

We loved this 2-level apartment hotel in the heart of Punta Arenas. It was a really great modern layout, with a loft/condo layout on 2 levels. As with most guests, we only stayed one night before flying out. Having a kitchen was great to put drinks in, and it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We walked to La Marmita for supper - would highly recommend it. Punta Arena is a great small town on the edge of the water, very wind-swept, with colorful building - an almost colonial architecture meets Scandinavia vibe. Food in the area is great, and there are pharmacies and grocery stores within a close walk. There was someone at the reception desk to give us our keys when we arrived.

What was the highlight of EcoLofts Croacia 1028

We loved the little loft apartment.

We loved the little loft apartment. It was absolutely perfect- the kind of home that we want to model our next home after. The day before our check-in, we received an email to confirm our arrival and to ask if we have any food restrictions for breakfast or any other special requirements. Check-in was a breeze. Security is good- gate and doors are electronically managed. And all the front entrances are situated on the ground floor, so heavy or bulky luggage isn’t an issue. The apartment looks even better in pictures! There’s a well equipped kitchen to cook if you want to, the refrigerator is stocked with water and complimentary beer/wine. A superb breakfast is provided the night before (fruits, Musli, yoghurt, bread, ham, cheese, eggs, spreads, milk and even soy milk!)- produce is very fresh! The radiators work well for a cold night, the WI-FI is strong and the bathroom’s shower is a masterpiece- water comes out 3 ways!- with good strength and heat. Nelson the host, was also very helpful. He gave us tips on where to go (the restaurant La Marmita also exceeded our expectatations), and even his cellphone number so that we may reach him for any issues regarding the apartment or if we run into any trouble in town. Ecoloft Croatia may be only 6 months old, but its standards far exceeds any establishment nearby. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing stay! Great host, very clean and beautiful loft!

The host, Nelson, was fantastic! He was so friendly upon arrival and made us feel right at home! (Thank you for the delicious beers)! The lofts were extremely clean and the breakfast was fabulous! The shower was also a plus- so many jets! I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Comfortable, new facility and welcoming staff.

Good location and efficient space for two people. Felt large and two large TVs are provided. Plugs at each nightstand were convenient. They had a library of reference travel books that they loaned out to guests. They provided a really nice (huge) breakfast tray - more than we could eat but was very nice to have after a long journey. They also provided juice, water, coffee, tea, etc. as well as toiletries.

Great Location, Facilities and Hosts

The Lofts are run by it's owner, He is tremendously gentle and supportive to it's guests. Gave us a few additionals free of charge and great advice regarding Punta Arenas main activities and places to visit so our days in the city were great. Also, the facilities were superb clean, tidy and good shape, demonstrating excellent care for details and confort for the us. Breakfast is generous, tasteful and they took care of our lactose intollerance. I would totally recommend!

Book this place. You will love it.

The owner was very friendly and spoke English as well as Spanish. They put some beers in our room as a welcome present for our arrival. The place is so very cute. The furniture is beautiful. The appliances are so pretty. The bathroom was so gorgeous. The shower had rainfall, handheld and forward facing jets. I loved it.

The refrigerator could be quieter, but that is a minor issue.

We liked everything in that place.

We liked everything in that place. Nelson was really nice to help us to find the places to visit in the city and the best way to plan tours to Magdalena island. It was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The Main Street is 5-10 (max) minutes by walk.

This was most excellent room on my holiday.

This was most excellent room on my holiday. Comfy, easy to find, modern, lots of tech on TV for the rainy windy days.

That you can't pay tax free for visitors with credit card for next six months or so till they get officially approved. So you have to get loads of cash from bank machine.
